LitRPG is a sub genre of fantasy/scifi. It incorporates elements of role playing games into the narrative. The settings, plots, characters, and game mechanics cover a wide array. If you like RPGs, you can find a LitRPG story to fit your needs.
I have an ongoing LitRPG story called Late Night at Lund’s on Royal Road Legends. I use the open gaming license for Dungeons & Dragons 5th edition for the underlying game mechanics. So if you like D&D, fantasy novels, and strong female characters, check it out.
